The 46-year-old actor shared that the only thing that hasn’t changed for him is the love, appreciation, and respect he has for his wife, Blake Lively. The birthday wish was posted on Ryan’s personal Instagram page on Friday, along with some adorable pictures of his wife.

“The only thing in this world that I can’t change is the love, appreciation, and respect I have for this person,” Ryan wrote in the birthday wish for Blake. “Witnessing her life is something I don’t take for granted, if I don’t try. And I promise you, I’ve tried.”

Ryan and Blake have been together for 11 years and they now have four children. Before marrying the 36-year-old actress, the Canadian star was previously married to Scarlett Johansson.
