Amber Rose says she was “trolling” Beyoncé when she said she stole her speech endorsing Kamala Harris

The woman who called out Beyoncé on social media for her speech at a recent Kamala Harris gathering, Amber Rose, has said that she was joking. On a post from The Shade Room, she said that the famous singer had copied her own speech from earlier this year’s Republican National Convention. Rose now tells TMZ that she was only kidding while they were at a Halloween party in Hollywood.

She told the outlet, “I was literally trolling.” “All the time, my friends and I troll.” I didn’t think that would be news around the world. Oh, I love Beyoncé. I know Queen Bey. We’ve hung out a few times, but I was just troll-ing.” After that, she said it’s “crazy” that one word can become “international news.” “I was really joking,” she said.

In her message, Beyoncé talked about being a mother, which was also something Rose said. “We are at the precipice of an incredible shift, the brink of history,” she said. “I’m not here as a politician or a famous person.” I’m here because I’m a mom. A mother who really cares about the world her kids and all of our kids live in. “Most importantly, I’m a mother,” Rose said at one point in her RNC speech. Making sure my kids have what they need, keeping them safe, and giving them a chance at a better life is everything to me. That’s something that all American parents agree on. All of us want a better country for our kids, no matter what party we belong to (Republicans, Democrats, conservatives, or leftists).
