This weekend, Latto began her much anticipated tour in support of her third studio album, Sugar Honey Iced Tea. The 22-date tour opened in Tampa with Mariah The Scientist and KARRAHBOOO, and as predicted, fans had a great time. Unfortunately, it does not appear like Latto is satisfied with how her first night went. Shortly after her performance, she went online to give her feedback, emphasizing that it was not what she expected.

“Show was a hot mess,” Latto began. “It could have been worse. But, sweetie, what can you do? “I did my job.” She went on to say that she intends to talk with several members of her crew, who will almost certainly know what went wrong sooner rather than later.

“I did my job,” she explained. “[The lighting team] is becoming pissed up. [The] video [crew] is losing its cool. [The clothing team is] getting cussed out.” Hopefully, Latto and her staff will be able to work through some of these challenges as the tour progresses. Her next engagement is slated for tomorrow (October 27) at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium.
