Metro Boomin sued by a woman for purportedly assaulting and impregnating her

The claims were made in 2016.On October 29, horrible things were said about Metro Boomin. Vanessa LeMaistre, a woman, sued the producer, saying that he sexually abused her during a 2016 studio session. The claim, which TMZ got a hold of, says that LeMaistre was taken advantage of by Metro Boomin when she was feeling very down. She also says that she got pregnant because of the claimed assault by the producer.

The singer LeMaistre says she met Metro Boomin soon after her 9-month-old son died. The director asked her to come to his studio in L.A. in September 2016 after they met in Las Vegas and hit it off. But once they got there, LeMaistre says Metro Boomin was taking codeine. She also drank other things. She said she had a shot of alcohol and half a Xanax. LeMaistre said she passed out on a couch and woke up in a bed. She says Metro was on top of her and making her have oral sex against her will. According to her, the director told her to leave when she woke up the next morning. In the end, Vanessa LeMaistre says she found out she was pregnant. She says that since she hadn’t had sex with anyone else, the pregnancy had to be caused by the claimed Metro Boomin attack. After two months, LeMaistre says she ended the pregnancy. But that’s not the end of the claims. The person who says they were raped thinks that Metro Boomin talked about what happened in a song. Metro wrote a line for the song “Rap Saved Me” in which he talked about events that sound a lot like these claims. “She took a Xanny / Then she fainted,” he said. “I’m from the gutter … ain’t no changing.”

LeMaistre is asking for punitive damages and damages that aren’t defined. Over the last year, Metro Boomin has been sued more than once. They have all had something to do with music. In 2023, the Barry White estate sued the artist over a sample that wasn’t clear. This company that made Metro’s “BBL Drizzy” was then sued by several record labels. However, LeMaistre’s claim is the first time the producer has been officially charged with assault. Metro hasn’t said anything about these claims yet.
