The new song from 21 Savage and Summer Walker, “Prove It,” reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Rhythmic Airplay chart on November 2. It had been there for almost five months. The single, which came out on Slaughter Gang/Epic Records, moved up from No. 2 because it was the most-played song on U.S. tracked rhythmic radio stations from Oct. 18–24, according to Luminate. The number of plays on “Prove It” went up by 7% in the last tracking week compared to the previous one. It knocks Yuki Chiba and Megan Thee Stallion’s “Mamushi” off the top spot, moving the former winner to No. 4 after losing 14% of its hits.
“Prove It” has been at the top of the Rhythmic Airplay chart for 20 weeks, which is tied for the second-longest time since the list began in 1992. The song is on par with Kid Cudi’s “Day ‘N’ Nite” (2009) and Miguel’s “Sky Walker” featuring Travis Scott (2018). However, all three are behind TLC’s “Waterfalls,” which took 24 weeks to reach No. 1 in 1995.
With “Prove It,” 21 Savage gets his eighth number one on the Rhythmic Airplay chart and his third of 2024. Here is a review of his number one album on the radio chart:

“Prove It” is on American Dream, 21 Savage’s most recent studio record. When it came out in January, the album went straight to No. 1 on the Billboard 200, making it the rapper’s fourth straight number one album.
