Many people on social media are shocked by Wiz Khalifa’s surprisingly “normal” $1.3 million house.
Earlier this week, it was said that the 37-year-old artist had put his home in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, on the market.
But when the famous X account Zillow Gone Wild posted some pictures of the house, many people online were shocked that the musician, who is thought to be worth $70 million, lived in such a simple place.
“This is the least star-studded house I’ve ever seen.” One person wrote, “It’s just right.”
Someone else agreed, saying, “This is without a doubt one of the best-equipped celebrity homes I’ve ever seen.”Another person said the house “looked pretty cheap,” and a fourth person joked that it “felt like a frat college dorm.”
Someone else gushed, “I love this!” “Up to date in a very “vintage modern” way.”
A fifth person said, “Yeah, he cooked here.”
One person said, “Wiz Khalifa has great taste.”
The country home sits on 2.8 acres of land and is surrounded by trees for peace. It has a modern look with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The house is 4,400 square feet and has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fine kitchen, and a lot of space for guests.
Besides that, it has a toilet room and a coat room.
The house has an open floor plan, which means that rooms run into each other without any problems.
There are hints of the rapper’s taste in decor, like weird wall art, a bathroom with ceramic tiles, and a fireplace with a marijuana leaf built into it.There is a yard with a fire pit and a separate guest house outside. The guest house has the fourth bathroom and space for an office or gym.
The 37-year-old singer, whose real name is Cameron Thomaz, is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He bought the house in 2012 for $900,000, so he seems to have stayed close to the area since becoming famous.
Dustin Hook of Re/Max Select Realty is selling the house right now for $1,295,000.
According to the listing, Dustin said, “This is truly a one-of-a-kind property that is unique to traditional Pittsburgh real estate, and we’re excited to present it to the public for the first time in over 10 years.”
“The care that went into every part of this modern Californian home makes it a one-of-a-kind and peaceful place to live.”
